Exchanges/Refunds
All exchanges request must be made within 5 days of receiving the products. In order to make an exchange all merchandise must be in the original, unworn stock condition or you will not qualify for an exchange.
A $20 restocking fee will be applied to exchanges and refunds depending on each circumstance. Do You Fashion & Footwear reserves the right to apply this fee to any exchanged/returned item(s).
It is standard to ship to your billing address, however if other shipping arrangements need to be made please provide a separate mailing address.
We are not responsible for unclaimed packages. Unclaimed packages can be resent but shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Please make sure that you are available to give claim your package.
Payment
We currently accept Pay pal, Credit cards, Western union/Money gram, Money orders, Bank transfers, and Cash for orders made in person. Due to a recent increase in fraudulent activity, we no longer accept payment by check.
All customers receive a copy of there order and a receipt of payment
Raffle
Every month a customer will be entered into a raffle for a $30 discount towards a future purchase. Winner will be announced on the homepage during the last week of every month. Discounts do not have an expiration date.
Participants have to make at least one purpchase in order to be entered into the contest.
